Why is it that coffee tastes so much better on Saturdays? Is it because I get the chance to just sit in my kitchen, read a book, and enjoy the morning light? Perhaps it's because I grind my own beans and have the choice between flavors like toasted cinnamon or Texas pecan. Either way, I always look forward to quiet Saturday mornings where I can savor the moment and contemplate the weekend ahead. It's my "me" time, it's my Saturday morning bliss...
